The girls loved their Easter baskets before church. I wish I had a picture to show their favorite part of the baskets...new toothbrushes. Fancy Nancy, The Princess and the Frog...who cares? They loved toothbrushes!

Once again, no pictures of Lila with her first Easter basket! Poor third kid! But Kevin captured this picture after church that day.

Later that day we headed to over the my parent's for Easter dinner and an egg hunt for the kids. Little did everyone know what Tonia and I had up our sleeves! We had planned an Easter egg hunt/Chinese auction for the grown-ups and we had so much fun! We had lots of prizes ranging from Tic-tacs to movie tickets. Here we are, all hunting the eggs that the kids hid for us. They did a good job, too! They were HARD to find!

Notice the lovely cement dinosaur in my mom's yard??? He was helping us find eggs ;)

I was a little surprised that my dad was such a good sport about it all. But I think, in the end, he found the most eggs.
After all of the eggs were collected everyone opened them to find not candy, but numbers. And that's how the egg hunt turned into a Chinese Auction. Here we are opening our bags of hidden prizes. Kevin ended up scoring us some movie tickets. Go Kev!

It was a fun day! I can't wait to do it again next year! Do you ever get to old for Easter egg hunts?
